Some resources are meaningful or available only to our existing clients.
All clients that have email are given access to all of the important documents in their case files on a 24/7 basis through the secure extranet. (If a client does not want such access, no extranet portal is set up for that client.) When the case is set up, the client is given access to their own extranet folder, and everytime a new doument is posted to the extranet the client is informed. Transmissions to and from the extranet are protected by encryption.
Persons who do not have access to the folder will not even see the folder in their view of the system. Each client has a unique login and password.
Using the extranet allows a client to be contantly updated on what is happening in the file. It also allows Watson Law to post draft docuemnts for client input prior to submission to the court, or the opposing party. Two way postings are available as well.
The extranet is another example of how Watson Law strives to serve its clients.
